Apple has decided to respond to the many complaints made by users, users who are unhappy with the new iPad tablet. Apple decided to replace the damaged iPad tablets, tablets that have Wi-Fi signal problems.

According to complaints made by users, some of the new iPad tablets are having a hard time staying connected to a wireless network and they only reach modest data transfer speeds.

An internal Apple document, intercepted by the people over at 9To5Mac, explains how Apple employees have the mission of replacing iPad tablets with Wi-Fi problems.

Apple employees have to verify if the signal problems are caused by the software, and then they are advised to send the damaged iPad tablets to Apple’s service centers.

Apparently, the problems are only targeting the Wi-Fi version of the new iPad tablet, as the iPad tablets with 3G supports have a different wireless antenna.
