RockStar Games announced that Max Payne for iOS and Android will be released this month. Apple users will be the first to enjoy the Max Payne Mobile game while Android smartphones and tablets users will be able to get it too by the end of April.

Max Payne Mobile for iOS ( iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad ) will be released on April 12, 2012, while the Android version will be available two weeks later, on April 26, according to the official Rockstar Games website.

Max Payne Mobile is a direct port of the PC version of the game, optimized for mobile devices, with HD resolution and high resolution textures.

The controls of the game can be customized however Max Payne Mobile can only be played with the help of touch commands.
