Lindsay Lohan is on the short track to rebuild her career in Hollywood because she managed to receive the leading role in “Liz and Dick” movie, a movie inspired by the love story between Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton.

After Lindsay Lohan managed to get out of community service last month and after, despite criticism, her presence on Saturday Night Live brought in RECORD ratings, it seems that Lindsay Lohan is getting a new chance in Hollywood.

Lindsay Lohan says that she always admired Elizabeth Taylor and she has a great deal of respect for her. She also says that Liz was an incredible actress and that she is honored to play her.

The Lifetime Networks vice-president said : ” We are thrilled that Lindsay Lohan will play one of the most beloved Hollywood actresses, Elizabeth Taylor. Lindsay is one of the few actresses to posses the talent and beauty to capture the spirit of such a challenging icon”.
