The new North Korean leader, Kim Jong-un, asked for a national debate on the subject of possible economic reforms and he suggested some capitalist management systems.
Kim Jong-un made this request during a conference on January 28, when he underlined that the economic situation needs to be improved. The information was presented by Japan newspaper Mainichi.
In Kim Jong-un’s opinion, the economical problems of North Korea are caused by the fact that management is not based on theories. The country is currently dealing with a food crisis and it is addicted to external help.
According to some estimates of foreign diplomats and analysts, approximately 3 million people from North Korea are having trouble putting food on the table.
