U.S. billionaire Warren Buffet, 81 years old, announced yesterday that he is suffering from prostate cancer but he says that his life is not in danger.

“I was diagnosed with stage 1 prostate cancer. The good news is that the doctors said that my health condition does not endanger my life” Warren Buffet says.

Additional tests after the prostate cancer diagnosis showed that the cancer has not spread to other organs.

“My doctors and I agreed on the two months radiation treatment which will begin in June. This treatment will prevent me from traveling for a while, but other than that nothing will change” Warren Buffet says. ” I feel great!” Warren also added.

Billionaire Warren Buffet returned into the spotlight in the last few months because of a dispute between President Barack Obama and his Republican opponents regarding the U.S. fiscal laws.

Ever since September 2011 Barack Obama supported the “Buffet rule”, which states that annual income that are bigger than 1 million dollars should be taxed by 30%.
