Anonymous hacking group wants to create a “pacifist and legal” resistant against the current music industry, dominated by the big labels of the industry.

Anonymous released it’s own online music and social platform, named AnonTune.

The purpose of this online platform is to “improve the way music is discovered and shared”, Anonymous says. Right now the AnonTube platform allows you to create playlists with the help of YouTube and SoundCloud.

If the project is successful, the new platform will also integrate MySpace, Yahoo and BandCamp.

AnonTune will not directly host music. However, this platform will centralize the links posted on other platforms, legally.

Anonymous is a group of hackers who are militating for freedom of speech. The group already claimed dozens of hacking attacks against multiple websites from all over the world, websites of some Government institutions or the websites of some of the biggest companies in the world.
