The popularity rate of the current president of the United States, Barack Obama, dropped to under 50% after his decision after fuel prices, offering his opponents with more “ammo” to use during the November presidential elections.
The popularity poll, created for ABC News and Washington Post, says that only 46% of Americans approve with Obama’s actions compared to 50% of them who are against them.
This new poll contradict a poll created in February according to which 50% of Americans approve with the President’s actions compared to 46% who are opposed.
The green light approved by Obama to increase fuel price offered Obama’s opponents with new “ammo” to use during the November presidential elections.
If the elections would take now, 49% of Americans would vote for Mitt Romney and only 47% would vote for Barack Obama.
