U.S. actress Jane Fonda will play the role of former First Lady of the United States Nancy Reagan, the wife of former U.S. president Ronald Reagan, in a movie directed by Lee Daniels entitled “The Butler“.

The movie is based on an article published by Washington Post, about Eugene Allen, a black butler that worked at the White House for 34 years.

Forest Whitaker and David Oyelowo will also be part of “The Butler” cast.

Eugene Allen started his career in 1952. He first worked in the kitchen but later he became the main butler of 8 U.S. Presidents.

Nancy Reagan is the widow of former U.S. president Ronald Reagan, and he was president between 1981 – 1989.
