Analyst Peter Misek says that Apple and Toshiba Mobile Display are developing a special screen that will be integrated in the new iPhone 5 smartphone.
InCell Technology will be at the base of the next screens generation for the iPhone. The technology will make the screens to be very thin, which will also make the iPhone 5 much smaller.
In his report, Misek says that if the development of the technology proves to be a success and becomes commercial, this would be a huge step forward for the mobile industry. Still, specialists are still skeptical about the success of the project.
InCell Technology does not only alter the size, but it also improves the functionality of touchscreens a lot.
