Apple has to pull the iPhone3GS, iPhone 4 and iPad 3G devices from the Germany market after Motorola won a lawsuit. The lawsuit was filed for the illegal use by Apple of a Motorola patent on all three devices.

Motorola managed to get these Apple products banned, who’s technology breaches the patent.

On the Apple website in Germany the iPhone 4S is now the only 3G product available for sale. The court’s decision does not affect however sales through official distributors.

Apple announced that they are going to appeal the court’s decision. Apple says that Motorola refused every offer to license the patent to Apple under “reasonable conditions” although it was declared a “industry standard” patent 7 years ago.
