Capcom officially announced the sixth game of the Resident Evil franchise.
After Resident Evil 4 ( 2005 ) and Resident Evil 5 ( 2009 ) gave in on the scenario in which the population is transformed into zombies by the T-Virus, and they preferred the Las Plagas parasite, Resident Evil 6 represents a return to the origins, and this means the return of zombies.
The Resident Evil 6 storyline is divided in two, ten years after the Raccoon City events, starting from the moment in which the President of the United States is trying to reveal the details about the T-virus.
White House plans are sabotaged by a new biological attack which transforms the president into a zombi. Of course, Leon S. Kennedy, a secret agent and a close friend of the president has to get involved in solving this new crisis.
