Apple and Samsung are at it again. Apple filed two new lawsuits against Samsung in Germany.
The lawsuits filed by Apple target Samsung products from the Galaxy family, ten smartphones and five tablets.
However Apple does not plan to ban the products on the Germany market. The lawsuits come one month after Samsung sued Apple in Germany for breaching a few different patents.
The patents involved in these lawsuits are about technical aspects, which are easier to sold, as well as design, which might make the lawsuits last for a long time.
Shortly after Apple managed to ban the Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet in Germany in 2011, Samsung released a new modified version. Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1N is now the object of a new lawsuit, but the chances for this tablet to be removed from the Germany market are slim.
