CES 2012: New Point And Shoot Cameras From Olympus

Olympus presented, during CES 2012, a new generation of point-and-shoot cameras, based on the most recent technology developed by Olympus.

The new point-and-shoot cameras from Olympus will be available starting with February. The mid-range model, VR-340, available at a price of $149,99, is the only camera to be released in March. The 16 MP photo camera also allows you to record HD videos at 720p resolution.

TG-320 continues the tradition of robust Olympus cameras. The 14 MP camera is waterproof and can be used during the winter at temperatures below -10 degrees Celsius.

In the Olympus super-zoom series, the SZ-12 model offers a lens with a zooming capacity of up to 24x with the possibility of 720p HD video recording at a price of $199,99.

VG series has not been ignored ( VG-160, 14 MP at 99,99 dollars, with artistic filters ), and SP ( SP-620, 16 Mp, at 200 dollars, the only camera that works with AA batteries instead of Li-Ion ).
