Massacre in Syria: At Least 33 Civilians Were Killed

At least 33 civilians were killed on Tuesday by Syria‘s security forces, Human Rights Watch announces, saying that 14 members of the security forces also died.

According to Human Rights Watch, 100 deserters were killed or wounded on Tuesday during confrontations in the Idleb province, close to the Syria and Turkey border.

24 civilians were killed in Idleb and other nine in the city of Homs.

14 members of the security forces were also killed in confrontations that took place in Deraa.

“Around 100 deserters were ambushed and they were killed or wounded close to Kafrueid and al-Fatira villages, in the Jabal al-Zauia region” Human Rights Watch said.
