The Obama Administration appealed the decision of a federal judge on Wednesday of not obligating tobacco companies of placing suggestive images that suggests the danger smokers are exposed to.
Judge Richard J. Leon decided in November of this year that the idea of using this images may lead to the diminishing or even extinction of tobacco consumers in the United Stats of America.
Furthermore, the judge was troubled by this proposal because tobacco companies made a considerable profit lately, and this measure might make them to go bankrupt which would be a danger for the U.S. economy.
Amongst the 36 images suggested is also the image of a smoker which exhales the smoke through a whole in his throat. Another photo shows the interior of a mouth affected by mouth cancer.

I belive people need to stop worring about others and worry about their selfs if i want to smoke that is my chose as a free american with rights. They are so big about what smoking does but dont you know alcholo can kill faster then smoking can. Think about it but i am a drinker as well so let me and everyone else live their lives the way they want to
