A British Politician tortured and killed four cats, in front of his friends and neighbors.
A local council member from Bradform, West Yorks, UK, was arrested for killing four cats. Robert Payne was a member of the Conservative party, and now he is a independent politician. For his actions he risks going to jail.
The police who is investigating the case said that the dead bodies of two cats were found in his fridge. Other two dead cats were found int he house. It is supposed that the man killed the cats after hitting them against the walls repeatedly.
The police found blood on the walls.
One of Payne’s friends said that he complained about the noise made by the cats at night. The police says that Payne killed the first two cats and put them in the freezer. Later, he bought other two cats, who shared the same fate.
