NASA is recruiting new astronauts via YouTube.
In a promotion video, the NASA director, Charles Bolden, takes care of the recruiting process of the future members of the NASA space program.
Candidates must be United States citizens, civilian or military, to be licensed in engineering, science or mathematics.
With the departure of NASA veterans, the director of flight operations says that NASA might deal with a personnel deficit. This is why Bolden decided to encourage potential candidates by himself.
Charles Bolden hopes that this campaign will bring around 55 new astronauts. And one of them will have the chance of flying on the International Space Station in 2013.
