Singer Mariah Carey managed to lose 30 kg’s after she gave birth to twins Moroccan and Monroe. Since April, when she became a mother, Mariah Carey avoided public appearances because she wanted to take care of her children but also because she was unhappy with her physical appearance.
After she gave birth, Mariah Carey was 100 kg’s overweight but she hired a personal trainer to help her get back to her normal weight.
Mariah Carey was seen many times jogging in the park. But she didn’t manage to lose all that weight only by working out.
Mariah’s nutritionist recommended her to use the Jenny Craig diet, very popular amongst Hollywood celebrities.
“I lost 20 kg’s in the first week, which was just accumulated water. At the beginning of the program I lost at least 10 kg’s from the weight I wanted to lose” Mariah Carey said.
