At least 13 NATO soldiers in Afghanistan were killed today in a suicide attack against a convoy in Kabul. BBC says that the soldiers that were killed are all Americans.
A suicide bombing in Afghanistan, Kabul, killed 13 U.S. soldiers according to the information released by the authorities. The attack is one of the most serious attacks committed against foreign troops in Kabul in the last few years.
The local police said that at least four civilians were also killed in the bombing, including two kids. The car that blew up, a Toyota truck – crashed into a U.S. armored vehicle which took fire.
The Taliban claimed responsibility of the attack and they announced that they used approximately 700 km of explosive.
In a separate incident, also today, the Australian Soldiers were killed by a man wearing a Afghanistan military uniform. NATO announced that the man was also killed in the attack that took place in the South of the country.
