Rihanna’s mother says that she is sorry her daughter matured too fast and she regrets the fact that Rihanna had to deal with her father’s drug addiction at a very young age.
Rihanna says that the way she grew up – being the oldest child of a family who was struggling with the father’s drug addiction – matured her a lot and her mother doesn’t believe that his daughter is so wise for her age.
“I have seen too much. I was too mature for my age. Probably this is also the reason I was a rebel at some point. At least this is what my mother is thinking. She thinks i’m too mature for my age. I was basically a real boy. I never felt the need of having a friend, until I met Melissa. She was that one who showed me how to behave like a woman” Rihanna admitted.
