Android developers confirmed, on the company’s official YouTube channel, the October 11 release of the new Android 4.0 version, also known as Android Ice Cream Sandwich.
The October 11 event, a event where Samsung is also going to present the next “Google Phone”, Nexus Prime, will be streamed on the Android Developers YouTube channel.
What is weird is that Google does not announce a joint Google-Samsung event, only the release of the newest operating system, Android 4.0.
It seems that Google does not want to use the Apple marketing strategy who keeps it’s products a mystery until the last minute.
