Adobe announced that they are going to release the Adobe Photoshop Touch software next month, a software that will be available on mobile devices running on the Android operating system.
The price of the Adobe Photoshop Touch will be $10, which means that you should not expect it to have many features. However, even so, Adobe managed to integrate many useful image editing tools in Photoshop Touch including the use of layers and effects.
iOS users will have to wait until next year until they can install a Photoshop Touch version on their devices. But until then they can use the Adobe Photoshop Express application for iPad.
