Brad Pitt gave an interview in which he talked about his relationship with his former wife, Jennifer Aniston, about the family he has with Angelina Jolie and about his state of mind.
The 47 years old Brad Pitt said in a interview for Parade magazine that his marriage with Jennifer Aniston was pathetic.
” I spent the 90′s trying to hide. I started to get sick of myself sitting on a couch, smoking marijuana. I started to feel pathetic, my life was not interesting” Brad Pitt said.
Brad Pitt confessed that one of the reasons he was feeling so pathetic was his marriage to Jennifer Aniston.
” My marriage had something to do with it. I tried to pretend my marriage was something that didn’t existed in real life” Pitt said.
Brad Pitt also talked about his relationship to Angelina Jolie, confessing that it was one of the smartest things he ever did.
” I am very happy that Angie is the mother of my children. She is a great mother. I am very happy to have her” Brad Pitt said.
Compared to his life in the 90′s, Brad Pitt says that he is happy now.
” I focus more on being happy. I am happy to make real choices, to be with the woman i love, and to build the family I love so much” Brad also said.
Brad also spoke about his family with Angelina Jolie.
” I was surprised to see how automated it is to raise children, how much instinct is involved. Now i trust these things. If I hear a sound at night i wake up because it’s possible that one of my children needs me”.
Brad Pitt said that he does not like the media to be involved in his relationship with Angelina Jolie and criticized the articles who talk about breaking ups.
Brad Pitt was married to Jennifer Aniston for five years. Angelina Jolie was married to Johnny Lee Miller and Billy Bob Thornton before.
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are the parents of six children, three adopted and three biological children.
