The shocking news that he was cancer came in 2004. ” I did a scan and it was discovered that I have a tumor in my pancreas, i had no idea what the pancreas is. Doctors said that this cancer is incurable and that I only have 3-6 months left to live. The doctor told me to go home and get my affairs in order. ” Steve Jobs said.
In his resignation letter, Steve Jobs confessed that the day has come when he is unable to fulfill his tasks.

i truly believe there real…my sister had pancreatic cancer, and to be honest she looked just like he does in these photos…
I also believe they are real photos. My Dad died 10 months ago from pancreatic cancer, and he too looked this emaciated, colorless, and unwell.
